Hi Everyone,

The Capetown Declaration is a significant step towards Open Education - yes,
I have signed it.

The trouble is, that many educational institutions may not know how to truly
operationalize it, to move forward to achieve this important goal.

As WikiEducators, we can certainly help! <smile>
