Hi Raj, Most pages on WikiEducator are editable. However, the tutorial pages receive a high volume of traffic so they have been locked.
I would suggest asking your question in the discussion area (Click on the discussion tab at the top of the page. Then click on the 'Start new discussion') of the page you wanted to add to.
