Hi Anil,

Thanks for sharing -- my sense is to not be so prescriptive for the
Facilitator's role, but rather to provide a strong incentive, and sense of
'community' for current and prospective Facilitators to reach out into their
contacts and relationships, in support of their objectives, and those of the
OER Foundation.

In this way, we can all 'win', and contribute to sustainability and renewal,
on a number of levels.
