It's the draft report of the OER Teacher's Network, funded by the Hewlett Foundation Open Educational Resources Teacher Network (OERTN) project http://oertn.eun.org Progress Report 14 September 2009 http://www.oerafrica.org/SearchourDatabase/tabid/295/mctl/Details/id/36643/Default.aspx There's some very interesting data and charts in the report.
