Thank you for taking time to point out the two responses of  teacher
in the African survey. Those concerns are far from being  isolated
observations of one learning community.  Spending hours in   resource
centers and  attending workshops to get answers to those two
questions, have usually left the teacher with nothing to show for the
effort. Hopefully the portals discussed early this year of providing
information by grade level (age) and by  subject will become the
approach used by   WikiEducator.org. A easy to use source that can
provide relevant up to date information quickly and locally is very
much needed so that humanity and the earth can survive. A chain is
only as strong as its weakest link.
