Hello Pankaj This sounds like an interesting training program. Would you consider having a "shadow" workshop in WikiEducator so others around the world can lurk and participate in an informal open (free) version of the training?
There have be several examples of open courses - Facilitating online communities FOC08, Connectivism and Connective Knowledge Online Course CCK08 and CCK09. However, informal updates and links to information hosted in WE would be very helpful, and less work for the organizers. Many WikiEducators have benefited from these. Their contributions strengthen the the course program for the formal participants.
