All Community Members, Trainers always play a key role in courses and workshops. They must have a high level of professional and personal credibility, be able to motivate participants and support group dynamics in a way that leads to a successful and sustainable learning process. Successfully designing and carrying out training courses is an art in itself, which must first be learned before it can be passed on to others.
