This is very helpful information, Kim and thank you also, Cherry for comments.

I am not sure if this should be part of the Learning4Content Tutorials per se.
I personally would opt to keep this as a separate tutorial but it could be used
either way if the need was there and the decision was taken to do it this way.

The int'l issue is definitely something that is difficult to address as we have
many variations, so keeping it simple is probably the way to go for now.

But I am also thinking that maybe it was time to bring this all together into
one place, and start developing [one by one] the largest infobank of copyright
license information by country on WikiEducator. What does everyone think?

One thing is for sure, we will need help from everywhere and we should create
working groups to make it happen.

Cheers,
Patricia

Learning4Content tutorials for the purpose of teaching Copyrights

If this will be part of Learning4content, keep it as simple as
possible with the bulk of the effort going into wiki skills
development. The Creative Commons community has produced some good
learning resources, and they have paid attention to international
issues.

e.g. http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Sharing_Creative_Works and
http://creativecommons.org/international/
