I also think it is a much needed tutorial. I am wondering how we can ensure that all international versions of copyright are represented. There does not appear to be one global view. Or can we say OCW is the global view?
Certainly a discussion about copyright could be linked with the opening discussion about OCW/OER. with a linked tutorial. that is kept updated regularly. I guess it then becomes the L4C group that would keep it updated?
