Hi Nellie, Absolutely -- team work is the foundation of our / WE success. This is why the OER Foundation practices open philanthropy -- including the development of all our funding proposals!
We can stand proud that every successful funding grant WE have received was developed openly in the wiki! Few organisations and communities can attest to that accomplishment. In this way organic teams can emerge. Next steps? I'd like our team to have "marketing material", brochures etc when they're talking to folk to consider signing up. All being developed in the wiki :-) We have a community volunteer working on the development of a logo and visual identity for the OER Foundation --- this will help with the professionalism of our proposals. Any other thoughts, and ideas?
