Hi How do I add my name for contributing to the cause as wiki Ambassador? I would like to be a WE ambassador to promote WE. I want this platform to be used for helping the communities in the event of Natural and Man-made Disasters. We have seen in the recent past the Earthquakes, Tsunamis and the events like 9/11 which require efforts and help of skilled workers. Going by your Mission and Vision I visualize that as your next target in communities project. I want to promote and be an advocate to get online training on Disaster Preparedness no matter where people are living as it can strike anywhere. There is a good amount of training material available with Federal Emergency Management Agency, Red Cross and its affiliates plus dozens of other humanitarian aid organizations other than UN organizations. A noble project like WE can play a big role to bring those trainings to the communities even with limited resources because it is as important as being literate and self sustained. I have tried adding my name as Ambassador through the link provided but it did not work. *I think I now know why as I was not following the instructions properly.* I should have posted the request here to the group for approval. Well this is what I can bring to the table and work proactively for making communities safer, prepared and self sustained.
