Dear Shekhar, Although we use Moodle as our platform rather than WE,
Peoples-uni (http://peoples-uni.org) does have an online module called
Disaster Management and Emergency Planning, amongst our other modules
for Public Health capacity building in developing countries (Wayne is
a member of our International Advisory Group). We would be delighted
to make this available in any context that it can be useful. Best
