Hi Anil, WikiResearcher is up and running -- see: www.wikiresearcher.org -- its still very Beta but nonetheless a start.
Don't expect to find much content or structure at this stage. We are developing this project in true wiki tradition. We are starting from a blank slate so we can work together collaboratively in building this project mirroring the success in partnership with WikiEducator. The OER Foundation plans to formerly announce the start of the project during open access week. I've set up a Google group for Wikiresearcher -- see http://groups.google.co.nz/group/wikiresearcher So anyone interested in pre-launch membership and contributions are free (and most welcome) to join.
