Hi Savithri, Apology for my tardy response -- A little short of bandwidth these past weeks engrossed in figuring out strategic opportunities to overcome the OER equivalent of the "valley of death" regarding poor organisational uptake and main streaming of OER approaches.
However, India appears to be on the right track :-). I'm very pleased to hear that Guwahati University will be hosting a WikiEducator Learning4Content workshop. WikiEducator is a top 46K website in India -- and this is largely due to the foresight, dedication and leadership from WikiEducators based in India. ( http://wikieducator.org/India). Next year we will focus on main streaming OER in our organisations -- Got a few ideas on how we might be able to do this and I'll post a separate message outlining a few of these thoughts for refinement.
