Hi Vinod,

Good idea -- thanks.

In the past, we've run a number of successful Webinars - for example our
2010 Open Access Week celebrations (see:
http://wikieducator.org/OERF:Open_Access_Week_2010) and numerous webinars
arranged by our facilitators of the free Learning4Content workshops (
http://wikieducator.org/L4C).

Sessions are recorded for viewing at a later time.

The downside is that webinars don't scale well assuming more the 30 or 40
participants per session, and the discriminate against people living in time
zones where potential participants are sleeping when facilitators are
awake. As an international project - WE never sleeps!

That said - -through collaboration we can expand webinar sessions in
parrallel with initiative designed for large-scale international
collaboration.

Cheers
Wayne
