Hi John,

The UNESCO-COL chair for OER at Athabasca University is developing a
"knowledge cloud" for hosting OER related documents. This will be an
appropriate repository for this OER historical record.  By working with the
UNESCO-COL Chair for OER we can avoid unnessary duplication of effort.

I think WE should set up an instruction page for WikiEducators on how to
deposit relevant OER artificacts. I'll approach Rory to discuss this idea.
