I noticed the official OER
logo<http://www.unesco.org/new/en/communication-and-information/access-to-knowledge/open-educational-resources/global-oer-logo/>is
available in 7 languages. The ND clause of the license prevents any
additional translations from being made by others. The adaptation of the
OER logo
<http://www.flickr.com/photos/rkammann/6785463922/in/photostream>Barbara
shared, while attractive, is also technically illegal under these
terms.

I agree with Cable and Wayne's point: it's more about the example we are
setting. I hope the logo copyright owner can be persuaded to add an
additional license that makes the logo remixable... just like the OER it
represents should be.

Thanks,

Tom
