This is an EPUB with MathML, an externally linked javascript scientific calculator, and embedded video. Note that you have to enable javascript in the EPUBReader preferences. It runs in Firefox with the EPUBReader plugin. The math fonts are STIX. There's a little bit of CSS thrown in to jazz up headings.
