Hi Wayne
It's a miraculous thought. We always enthusiastic to see your innovative
ideas. It is the need of the hour contextualizing the propagation and
promotion of open learning as one of the best learning mechanism to foster
the developmental vision of 21st century teaching, learning and thinking.

The peer-reviewed academic journal will sure act as a bridge to gap between
the researcher and academicians exist at different stratum.NIOS as a
leading institute in Open and distance learning is publishing two journals
including COMOSA-an internaltionally referred journal and Open Learning
Magazine-a national referred journal. It would also be a great privilege for
NIOS to support and collaborate in such initiative.

Good luck
Sukanta
