Thanks for your detailed submission.

A critical path challenge for a global philanthropic collaboration like the
OERu is to bootstrap a scalable but fiscally sustainable model. To follow
Roosevelt's advice: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are."

For now we are using toyish tools to take us to the next phase of our
evolution. Our preference is to take small steps - steps which are small
enough to fail, without compromising our vision to widen access to more
affordable education with pathways to credible degrees.
