I've mentioned it to Mike Godwin, he doesn't think there's much we can do (although I was talking more about that, apparently false, claim that we didn't fix it for a week). I'm not sure he's familiar with the Computer Misuse Act 1990, but I'm pretty sure no-one has been successfully prosecuted for vandalising a wiki so far.
