Dear Romaine,

I would love to contact the German speaking authorities and media of Eastern
Belgium, and I already considered it earlier. But then I hesitated because I
could not name a local person to carry on with. Wouldn't it be strange for
the East Belgian media if we would organize a photo competition and there is
no person in their own area?

Kind regards
Ziko
