Yes!
This does look very good. As far as the identifier goes, maybe what is
needed is a "Designation" template like the one on the English wikipedia,
where the ID can be stuffed for all countries/listholders. Often the ID will
be a combination of text and numeric data, so it should just be a free form
field, I think.
