Dear Jane (et Al): We have been discussing some issues as well.
For instance, if the user clicks on the list and jumps to the pre-filled form, but it's logged out (it has to be logged in to upload images), that can be a mess.... ...so we need to explain the user how to use the list to pre-fill the form... and I like he idea of the storyboard, I'm just not sure we have manpower enough to do it...
