Some general organizational tips: * Keep a very clear timeline * Have a whip who makes sure the timeline is kept - but not necessarily voting member of the jury. * Deadline is October 31 - then you *must* submit your nominations to the European jury! * Organize a real life meeting for the jury (room, coffee, tea, cookies and some soda - no alcohol :P & travel reimbursement ) and lock the door * Give a small gift to the jurors and all other volunteers
