Oh, you raised another good question - hosting. We can by some means
afford a 2nd-level domain name (wikilovesmonuments.by, the issue is
money, not trademarks, AFAIK, Ukraine has some restrictions), but I'm
certain that we can't afford hosting and sharing toolserver with us
would be great. :)

On behalf of Wikimedia Belarus initiative I announce that Belarus
joins Wiki Loves Monuments, and this year we mean it ;)
