Sylvain -- I think that this is an important issue that would definitely need to be considered in the upcoming days. There isn't yet a certain and defined budget for the international part of the competition. We /do/ have some preliminary sums from Wikimedia Nederland, Wikimedia Deutschland and Wikimedia Poland, but some additional money from other participating countries that will be able to afford it would certainly be useful, not only for the domains but for other costs, too. Plus, of course, there is an idea to submit a request grant to the Wikimedia Foundation and we should all be working on it in the months to come.
