Just for your interest (it is not an answer to Lodewijk). In 2011 SotM was in Vienna, and Wikimedia Hungary has offered to cover the participation costs of a member of the Hungarian Open Street Map Community[1]. Participant was NaTToMi, and his report available here[2] (in Hungarian).
