Both Flickr and 500px are commercial companies which are supportive of CC-licensing photographs, so I think offering subscriptions or upgrades to these services would be reasonable. Others without active support for CC licensing would be less popular.
I like the idea of training courses, but this can be very location-specific and so may be better for local contests. Andrew.
