Hi Andrea, that is primarily a question for the local jury. In 2011 there was a special category for video (without much success), this year there isn't.
Technically, we advertise ourselves as a 'photo contest' so I think internationally it would be unlikely for a video to win, but nationally I wouldn't want to impose anything.
