It took ~4-5 mins for this short template to be translated into Thai.

This is the first year for us.  I just translate all messages if I can.

However, I feel that Teele's point is valid.  The 1st message is a
must. But how do you prove the effectiveness of the 2nd?  It may add
confusion or treated as spam?  Try to put yourself in the
participants' shoes, (1) there is no message to notify them of the
competition result. (2) Yet, there are two follow-up messages getting
into their mailbox after they are done with the contest.
