Hey all,

A while back we discussed the lists in Nepal. Unfortunately someone at
enwiki deleted them a few days ago (see some notifications here
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Biplab_Anand/Archive1#Your_draft_article.2C_Draft:List_of_Monuments_in_Mahakali_Zone>)
because the 'draft has not been edited for six months'. A requirement I at
least wasn't aware of. These articles were moved from the project namespace
to the draft namespace last year, after this discussion
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Miscellany_for_deletion/Wikipedia:List_of_Monuments_in_Nepal>
.

Right now, a discussion is ongoing
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard#Wikipedia:Miscellany_for_deletion.2FWikipedia:List_of_Monuments_in_Nepal_-_drafts_now_deleted>
how to resolve this on admins noticeboard, because apparently it's normal
to delete 200+ pages immediately, but restoring them requires discussion :)
Some helpful suggestions and actual help to turn these drafts into normal
mainspace lists would be appreciated.

I assume it should be possible to turn these lists into encyclopedic lists,
given that there's a good reference available (see the main list of lists
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:List_of_Monuments_in_Nepal>). An
introduction similar to that of Indian Monuments
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Monuments_of_National_Importance_in_Bihar>
should also be doable.

Any takers?

Best,
Lodewijk
