Regarding accomodations.... I think it would be a good idea that the board organise a board meeting either immediately before or immediately after Wikimania. This may be a meeting with some invited non-board members.
I would like to know who is exactly in charge of accomodation, so that we can see what are the accomodation possibilities in the days before or after Wikimania.
