If the board wanted to have a meeting before or after Wikiminia, please just let us know the further dertails. And we would like to arrange for the board meeting. Let me remind you, because the summer vocation, Chien Tan Overseas Youth (CTOY) will become popular during this time. It may need to registrate for the accommodations earlier. And I'll ask CTOY when is deadline to confirm the accommodation. So, if the board make the decision as earlier as you can, it's much easy to arrange everything. Even if CTOY didn't have the rooms or conference room, we can also arange the other places for the board.
