A few more things: The .wikimedia.org option in the project account doesn't seem to make sense. There's no .wikimedia.org project; it's just a listing of projects.
"Food and drink" should be rebadged "Dietary restrictions" and include allergic reactions and religious restrictions. If a person can't eat something, they can't eat it. I don't think it helps much to distinguish between allergens and "moral" restrictions. "Kosher" should exist as a dietary restriction option. Dietary restrictions should be checkboxes instead of radio buttons. It's possible to have a kosher vegetarian, for example.
