Everything you say agrees with my experience, Maysara, except I bought
a 3 zl ticket on the bus and then validated it.

Many of us are in the Dom Muzyka complex (WikiSym venue, hotel and
music school dorms).

** Also, (per Phoebe) please note: for anyone relying on the "in your
pocket" Gdansk map -- the location of the Dom Muzyka on this map is
INCORRECT. The Dom M. is at the corner of Lakowa and the highway. See
Google Map http://tinyurl.com/32ezc38 -- or, after walking through the
long street walk over the bridge (take Stągiewna then turn right onto
Lakowa). More than a 15-20 min walk from the train station for me, but
there are lots of lovely distractions on the way.
