Please don't aim at perfection first: uploading to Commons needs a lot
of conversion work and shell user intervention. Please upload to
archive.org first as suggested in
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania/Handbook#Upload , this will
make the videos available immediately and also save the step of
conversion to the shell user.
