Hi Philippe

Basically this is a technical issue, as a contingency plan for Typhoon
(we actually stated in the bidding process)

usually a typhoon will strike Hong Kong for 8-12 hours even it is a direct
hit
in some cases when it strikes in the day time

usually will only affect us a Morning or an afternoon, or a whole day
cancellation

so it this kind of situation we need to squeeze the program into the rest
of the time

so we tend to have longer coffee and lunch breaks in normal times

then we will squeeze the program into the original break time when typhoon
lead to cancellation of events
