Can someone explain the dorm room check-in procedure? Is the desk open 24/7? How is payment to be effected: credit/debit card or cash only? Is there a cafeteria and/or lounge in the building? From when will the transport to and from the conference venue be available and at what times? Sorry if this info has all been previously posted elsewhere.
