Dear Belayet, I have just called the Kowloon Masjid about the Eid prayer. They replied that a committee will decide on Wednesday around 8-9pm local time with the moon sighting to determine whether the Eid will be on the 8th or the 9th of August. Therefore it is rather premature for us to propose any date prior to their announcement.
You may call this number +852 2724 0095 to the Kowloon Masjid after they have made a decision.
