Dear Belayet, According to my calculations time of Eid prayer will be at between 6.30am and 7.30am in that part of Hong Kong. (Sunrise is 6.02am on 8th of August)
But, as Alan said, the day estimated as last day of Ramadan can be celebrated as a first day of Eid al-Fitr in Hong Kong according to condition of the moon, as you know. So, you have to check committees decision at night of August 7 to learn which day Eid al-Fitr starts. They replied that a committee will decide on Wednesday around 8-9pm local time with the moon sighting to determine whether the Eid will be on the 8th or the 9th of August.
