While I wouldn't go so far as to say "hogwash" to that, I will say that knowing the intended extent of videotaping and livestreaming intended for Wikimania 2014 was a key factor in my deciding not to submit a presentation this year. It will also likely affect the manner in which I participate in sessions. Risker
