Note that MassDOT has announced construction detours in the Harvard Square area during July. While it is supposed to be finished by July 15, there is always the possibility that it will run beyond. I suggest monitoring the MassDOT page for updates, and recommending that attendees recheck the Wikipedia Wicnic page for last-minute updates.
