Good idea to double check - there's construction everywhere. Also do note
that Memorial Drive is closed on Sundays to cars -- if you are driving
Google maps does know about this, so it should suggest alternate
routes/bridges. Parking on residential streets is free on Sundays in
Cambridge, though severely limited in the area, and there are a couple of
garages.

If you're taking the T, the Harvard Square red line stop is a few blocks
away.
