As SJ and John have pointed out, there are many good reasons to wikify documents like this, not in the least to allow deep linking, and make reading more convenient on mediums that don't play nicely with PDF (like smartphones). So long as the wikified version is protected so as to maintain its integrity, I don't think there'll be any serious problems.
