IMO if we talk about enforcement we are getting *very* far off track. When one takes a job with an organization, one usually gets some guidance about what is expected. I assume good faith on the part of the people who choose to work for the WMF. Shouldn't we all? The need for enforcement may come up from time to time (I prefer not to keep belaboring specific examples) but it is very far from the main point. I do think that enforcement, at times when it *does* happen to come up, is generally much easier to pursue when broad principles have already been clearly expressed and agreed to.
