Dear Kaarel, I am especially concerned that with the Portuguese language being the most spoken language in the Southern Hemisphere, ranking 5th/6th globally, among the dozens of members of the Strategy Working Groups that appear there, there is not a single native speaker of Portuguese. And, as far as I know, it was not for lack of applications.
