Welcome, Amanda! Glad you are joining us. Not a playground, but related to kids and play: One of my dear friends, Kathy Wilder, is the ED at Camp Stevens <http://campstevens.org/about-contact/>, which serves the San Diego area. She is possibly the kindest human I have ever met, and strongly oriented toward creating a social-equity-oriented camp environment for kids. Maybe a resource worth checking into!
