Dear EduWiki Community, In January 2026, Wikipedia marks 25 years of open knowledge, collaboration, and global impact. To celebrate this milestone, the EduWiki Hub <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_%26_Education_User_Group/EduWiki_Hub> will host a special Wikipedia@25 celebration on 22 January 2026, taking place during our first Knowledge Showcase <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Event:Wikipedia_%26_Education_User_Group_Showcase/January_2026> of the year.
As part of the celebration, we are inviting members of the Wikimedia and education communities to share short creative contributions of 1-5 minutes, such as poems or brief performances reflecting on how they have contributed to Wikipedia, how Wikipedia has contributed to them, or how they have used Wikipedia in education. These creative reflections will be featured during the celebration segment of the Knowledge Showcase as we honour the people and stories behind 25 years of Wikipedia.
