It's a shame Indonesia wasn't squeezed in, considering Andy's coming all this way. I suspect ID would gain even more from face-to-face explanations than AU would. Andy, If you haven't visited Indonesia yet, you're missing out on one of the world's most beautiful and diverse cultures. I guess it's too late now, though. Maybe next time.
